The overall goal of the programme

This course aims to provide participants with a deep understanding of the general framework of the performance management methodology and its application in accordance with strategic requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs). Participants will learn how to design and implement an effective system for measuring and analyzing performance, with a focus on the role and responsibilities of direct managers and managers in formulating, reviewing, and evaluating individual performance plans in line with the organization’s strategic and operational objectives.

Through this course, participants will be able to develop and apply key performance indicators that support the achievement of strategic objectives and improve organizational performance. The course will cover how to identify relevant performance indicators, analyze the extracted data, and use the results to improve productivity and efficiency. This will be done through practical exercises and real-world examples that help transform theoretical knowledge into tangible applied skills.
