The overall goal of the programme
This program aims, in general, to acquaint participants with the overall framework of a methodology for designing and implementing a system for managing job performance and measuring productivity. It also aims to define the roles and responsibilities of direct supervisors and reviewing managers in formulating, reviewing, and evaluating individual performance plans according to standard productivity requirements, goals, strategic and operational plans of organizational units. It further aims to identify, review, and evaluate compliance requirements with job competency indicators and directed distribution ratios, and to prepare and update relevant learning and development plans in line with best global practices, ultimately reflecting on the level of organizational performance efficiency and effectiveness.
