The overall goal of the programme

This program aims generally to familiarize participants with the overall framework of performance management system and the requirements for formulating, reviewing, and evaluating individual goals according to the strategic and operational objectives of organizational units. It involves identifying, reviewing, and evaluating the requirements for fulfilling functional competency indicators, as well as preparing and updating relevant learning and development plans in accordance with the performance management system, ultimately reflecting on the efficiency and effectiveness of human resources in performing their job tasks.
